Hiring Process
These instructions explain how to apply for a posting at GHANNAM and how you can expect the hiring process to unfold. Please note that our hiring needs are always evolving, so the hiring process may vary to accommodate the needs of our four companies.
Initial interview – A member of the GHANNAM team will review your CV . Qualified candidates may be selected for initial intereviews. These interviews may be face-to-face or by phone and may involve talking to multiple members of the GHANNAM team.
Additional interviews – If your skills and experience are a potential match for the position, further interviews may be scheduled. If it is determined that this position is not a fit, you will be notified.
Background check – Before making an offer, GHANNAM will conduct pre-employment background investigations that may include a criminal background check, as well as verification of education and previous employment. For certain positions, a motor vehicle check will be conducted; for safety-sensitive positions, a pre-employment medical will be completed.
